Viuearth Refund Policy

At Viuearth, every bottle is thoughtfully curated—from water to packaging to ritual. We take pride in delivering a flawless experience to movers and makers like you, and your satisfaction matters deeply to us. So here's how our refund process works:

Eligibility for Returns:

Only unopened, undamaged bottles in their original packaging are eligible for return.

Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

Unfortunately, opened or partially used bottles cannot be accepted for return for health and safety reasons.

How to Request a Return:

Contact our Customer Care team at info@viuearthwater.com or via the Help section on our site.

Include your order number, date of delivery, and reason for return. Photos are super helpful if the product arrived damaged.

Return Shipping:

After approval, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

If Viuearth made the error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is for any other reason, standard return shipping charges apply and will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Your Refund:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll email you an update.

If everything is in order, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Depending on your bank or provider, it may take an additional 3–5 days to reflect on your account.

Exchanges or Replacements:

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time, but if something arrives damaged or defective, we’re on it—just reach out right away with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
