1. Shipping Destinations & Methods

We offer standard shipping across the United States as well as select international destinations—so you can sip in mindful style.

Domestic shipments are usually fulfilled via trusted eco-conscious couriers; international orders may use either reputable international carriers or local partners.

Prefer green delivery? Just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate sustainable routing options.

2. Order Processing Time

Each bottle is a ritual in itself, so please allow 1–2 business days for order processing as we lovingly prepare your hydration package.

Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are kindly processed on the next business day—so we can ensure everything is perfect before it ships.

3. Shipping Rates

Domestic (United States): Flat-rate shipping of $8.95, or enjoy free shipping on orders over $150. Let’s make sustaining yourself feel rewarding!

International: Shipping costs vary by destination—rates start from $18.00, with specific costs calculated at checkout based on weight, packaging, and location.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Within the United States: Expect delivery in 3–5 business days, depending on your region or province.

International: Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, though in some locations it may be 14–21 days—delays may happen due to customs or local carrier factors.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient, and they vary by country.

We'll provide all necessary documentation, like customs invoices and product descriptions so your order doesn’t get stuck at the border.

6. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships—so you can watch your bottled ritual on its journey to you.

If your adventures bring you to remote areas, shipping may take longer—but please hang tight, and let me know if you want me to track it personally for you!

7. Damages or Shipping Issues

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days—including clear photos of the damage and your order details.

If the damage was our fault (like a shipping mishap or defect), we’ll make it right—whether that means sending a replacement or offering a full refund, no stress.

8. Need to Change the Shipping Address?

Changes are possible within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, it may’ve already started moving.

Hit us up ASAP with your order number and new address—if it’s still in our hands, we’ll adjust it. If not, we’ll work with the courier to forward or intercept the package and keep you posted every step of the way.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages

If it seems your order got caught in a black hole or stuck in customs, reach out anytime—along with your order number, and we’ll promptly start a tracing request with our shipping partner.
